We are rent 1 room month to month with 900 security deposit, we are in the hard and between Cathedral city and Palm Springs. This is an HOA community very quiet and safe neighborhood. The bedroom is about 10 x 10 shared Bath. You will have access to the pool and gym easy street parking there’s only one Roommate and there is this is a family oriented at our home. We keep to ourselves. We do have dogs in the house very dog pet friendly here. Utilities are extra we have solar in the house so utilities expenses are are usually putting low comparing to other places.
