Insulation Installer
Best suited for candidates who want to perform quality installation work as part of a field crew. Training may be available for motivated applicants.
• Install fiberglass batts, blown-in insulation, air-sealing materials, and related products according to project specifications.
• Prepare work areas, measure materials, operate installation equipment, and verify complete coverage.
• Safely access attics, crawl spaces, ladders, and other confined or elevated areas.
• Protect installed building components, maintain an orderly work area, and remove insulation debris upon completion.
• Follow company procedures, manufacturer guidelines, and all safety requirements.
• Coordinate professionally with crew members, supervisors, builders, site superintendents, and other trades.
• Meet the daily production target assigned at the start of the shift, measured by completed homes, work areas, or installed square footage, while maintaining required safety, quality, and code standards.
• Complete assigned homes within the planned labor hours and builder schedule; targets may be adjusted for home size, insulation type, access, weather, change orders, site readiness, and other documented conditions.
• Report completed quantities, remaining work, delays, material shortages, and site constraints to the supervisor at the end of each shift so schedules and targets can be updated when appropriate.
• Pass required quality checks for coverage, fastening, air sealing, and code compliance; work requiring correction does not count as complete until it meets the applicable standard.
Installer Qualifications
• Hands-on construction, insulation, framing, weatherization, HVAC, or related experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn installation methods, follow direction, maintain production pace, and meet quality standards.
What We Offer
