I have an older single wide mobile home, with an expanded living room in very well cared for condition. It is 2 bedroom ,one bathroom , but the small bedroom is very small and would only fit a twin bed. I am looking for a preferred handyman or retired contractor as sometimes we do need help on the property. It’s not really ideal for children. There’s no fenced yard and there’s no playground area. It is furnished with refrigerator and stove, and a newer queen bed. The cookstove is propane. Also the hot water is propane. The heating is a pellet stove so you must be familiar with pellet stove, heating and maintenance. This rental includes in the monthly rent, the water, sewer, and garbage, and there is Wi-Fi included, it is not super fast because it is satellite, but it’s fairly decent or you can have your own Starlink or hotspot service. There has been Dish TV but you would be responsible for getting that if you wanted it. There is absolutely no cats allowed!! one small dog possibly, under 25 lbs.because of the rental size and there is breed restrictions no Pitbulls and you must provide current proof of vaccinations and shots for the dog also, you must have renters insurance and provide proof of current renters insurance. No smoking inside unit. The utilities you would be paying for is propane and electricity. I get a very good rate on propane, I will pay for the pellets and provide the pellets during the winter months and you must have three references, including two local personal , and one working reference there is a $500 security deposit and a $100 non refundable pet fee. There is a laundry room on site with two washers and two dryers. The unit does not have a washer and dryer hook up, but I may consider a stackable washer and dryer. If you have one there is an attached add-on room for storage that could accommodate a stackable washer and dryer. You have one dedicated parking space if you have two vehicles, we could discuss that and you possibly could park the second vehicle in the back area. It has a lawn on the side and at the front and also there is a picnic table. It is located inside our quiet family owned Rv Park but it is off to itself pretty much so it’s very private has a nice small covered deck on the outside. This rental will be available November 1.
