I'm looking for people interested in homesteading or off grid type living! If you might be interested in visiting our desert prairie site, RV camping is $30/night for 3 night stay to see if you like it here (electric is included for the 3 night stay-water avail by hose or we pole in winter)...get to know us possibly. That's AFTER a ➡️video interview and background check etc, and we get to know each other some-for longer stays also especially.
We live near📍Casper, Wyoming (20 miles out) and are looking for people interested in visiting in campers or building small shed cabins using wood heat as primary heat source. Wood is free at this time for heating, if you visit!
Monthly fee would be $400 month which would include access to electricity (extra cost or work off after payment) water (not endless but controlled availability-free) and we can make a hookup to sewer for permanent connections. After someone has visited and wants to stay/and we get along hopefully lol. Wood used for your heat for 6 mos is free.
🌳This would be a good fit for a real outdoorsman who can handle cold and heat wind at higher altitude we sit at 5700 ft in elevation. Cold and hot. Extreme changes at times and WINDY at times. Must like the outdoors to survive here lol. 1500 acres of ranch near by and roads for walking/atvs/bikes/horseback riding. BLM land 1/2 mile by foot or down the road 1 mile or so (2000 acres or so).
We are a drug and smoke free property-also no vape 420 no drugs no drinking-on the property. It's a sober healing type of place but you can go out on the town to the bar if you like on occasion just no heavy drinkers or druggies ya know. Smoke weed in town but don't keep any here please (not really possible but throwing it out there lol). Im not 100% against it just should be used sparingly for medication therapeutically not getting stoned out of your mind 24 7 ya know? Also i just dont want to get in trouble as sheriffs visit from time to time.

No cats unless spayed and contained in catio cage or your house.
ALL ANIMALS mostly allowed! Horses! Cows pigs sheep dogs birds chickens snakes rabbit hutches etc allowed. Dogs need to get along with other dogs or be contained, kennel space can be avail if needed or build your own. Animals must be approved and the space for them but is doable! Like pigs need a cage..sheep/cows not alot of room but can grow them out but not ideal as small here. Horses must be in pen (larger 1/2 acre-acre pen available for livestock-hot wired/barbed for neighbors cattle).
Room to build horse stalls/loafing shed and round pen for training and possible area for horse turn out (with sheep if it works?).
⭐🌠I was an arborist/correctional officer-now disabled but going hard working here 2 yrs now. We like to be quiet and peaceful here when we can. Building noise is ok though. Music is loved and can be ok if not bothering others and tasteful ish? lol. I like good rap, rock, country and classical haha. I'm also a fine artist or was. Another man is here often.
➡️PLEASE bring an rv and generator! Will consider car/van campers but this isn't a homeless mission- you will need to get a home or rv or build one before winter or rent mine-js gets cold. Id also rent and rv room with shared bathroom for $400mnth to the *right* person I knew very well(after you stay a few weeks) as we shower there with on demand gas water heater. Small but doable. It will also have a tiny wood stove installed soon!! It is right next to my front door though!! Shower availble another camper has bathroom hooked to septic that can be used or use bucket in your hous put in trash if needed when needed pee buckets ok I have one for 2 yrs!
Space can be worked off (get $ back) @ $15/hr here helping build clean the property if you want. If not that's fine you can apply for jobs 18 miles away or work from home job (there is a few-even i can work form home)! We live 18 miles out.
❄️ You must be able to handle somewhat harsh condition's and the outdoors to live here like I do. We can be off grid when needed but we are connected to power which is much cheaper than solar!
Ideally id love to meet new people and build even a long term life with the right person/family.
I am a perfectionist and do like stuff cleaned and organized...altho sure farms are a mess lol. Also I'm dating someone that visits often, just fyi.

✨✨✨ALSO i home school my 6 yr old preschool soon kindergarten and can also homeschool your children if 4-6yrs. Legally is approved here. So kids can join too if they want! 1 hr. a day 5 days a week or so. Sometimes longer if they want (1 kid now).✨✨✨
