Rise and Be Well is an eco-luxury wellness center on the beautiful Mendocino Coast offering massage therapy, facials, yoga, float therapy, sauna, cold plunge, hot tubs, red light therapy, sound therapy, and more. We're looking for a warm, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Spa Attendant.
We're not just looking for someone to fill a position—we're looking for someone who wants to grow with our company, become part of our wellness community, and build a long-term career. This role offers opportunities for advancement into leadership and management for the right person.
Position Details
12–25 hours per week
Weekend availability is required
Flexible scheduling based on business needs
What You'll Do
Welcome and care for clients with warmth and exceptional hospitality
Schedule appointments, check out clients, and answer phones
Assist clients with spa amenities and wellness services
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the spa, treatment rooms, and common areas—cleaning is an essential part of this position
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure every guest space is welcoming and guest-ready
Support retail sales and product displays
Assist with classes, workshops, and special events
Help create a peaceful, organized, and exceptional experience for every guest

Compensation
Starting pay: $18.00/hour during training
Immediate wage increase upon successful completion of training
Tips in addition to hourly pay
