We are closing our nursery and selling all of our structures, including this one.
The ground posts will need to be purchased as these are in concrete.
They can be easily unbolted and bolted onto new ground posts. The cost of the ground posts is $22.05 each. 50 are needed totaling $1,102.50 plus shipping of $263.80.
The pressure treated wood for the outside perimeter is 2x6 and encompasses the entire bottom frame.
The set of double doors were custom built for this hoophouse. You can add that plus the additional labor to the above price. All the lumber is included with the sale of this structure. All the gable end plastic and lathe are also included.
The hoophouse will hold about 10 degrees warmer than the outside temperature during the winter without use of a heater.
You will need to provide heat to shed snow. Warmer snow will slide but when it is colder or there is a large amount of snow falling, heating is necessary. Or you can take down the plastic for winter.
We recommend a 500,000 BTU diesel heater and timer for efficient control during snow events. We will also be selling the heaters and timers if you are interested.
We will throw in the shade tarp at no cost.
You will need to disassemble. My husband can give tips and guidance on disassembly and reassembly. It is not too difficult to do.
