Pine tree climber wanted - Climb without spikes (cary)

I need someone that works on the side and knows how to climb a pine tree without spikes.
They need to shoot a line to the tree and run ropes and haul themselves with the safety harness.
I have a 32 ft ladder that will be placed against the tree, so the hauling will be minimal.
Work:
1) I have a ham radio antenna that has been up there for over 10 years and it needs to be freed up
2) There is a metal wire strap that goes around the tree and the last guy i hired a few years ago did not cut that strap and it is
choking the tree - So we need to cut this one ASAP
3) Free the antenna that is binding because there are tree limbs from adjoining trees that are in the way and it needs to be clipped
This is a hobby use and so hoping you will work on the side to make some money and not charge me commercial rates
