Multiple house hold items (all clean and in good-excellent condition):

Need everything gone by the weekend.

Trying to help a tenant who had to leave everything due to the family situation.

- Leather Sofa, Love seat and matching chair $600
- Wood Dining set $500 (Chair fabric need minor cleaning)
- Queen Bedroom set $500 (include mattress and box spring). Have an extra matress, if you need it with the set.
- Kitchen items (see photos) all reasonably priced
- Deep freezer $100
- Many toys all clean and in a good condition

Want someone to use them, prices negotiable.

Please email. Only and only serious inquiries.

If someone wants everything $1,500. But, you will have to completely clean the hole unit.
