ESTIMATES - Paint Paneling, Floors, House Cleaner, Handyman, Yard Work (Carson City)

1) PAINTER - ESTIMATE to paint light color over brown wall paneling, paint doors a different light color, 5,000 sqft. What brand of paint will you use? Start Tuesday, September 22.
2) FLOORING INSTALLER - ESTIMATE for removal of all flooring and carpeting and replace with LVT or LVP in a 1440 of home. Please base your ballpark estimate on LVP click lock $1.69 sqft from Home Depot. Remove all flooring Monday, September 21. Start Monday LVT installation, September 28.
3) HOUSECLEANER - ESTIMATE to clean empty house top to bottom with your supplies. It's relatively clean, but it's been collecting dust for months, plus will have extra debris from the other work. Do the cleaning Friday, October 2, start in the morning.
4) HANDYMAN - since the inspection hasn't been done I don't know definitively what I would need a handyman for yet, although I know being a homeowner you need a good local handyman. Please tell me your skills and experience. You will not be coming over that day so please give me a ballpark ESTIMATE of how much it would be to remove 8' of the white picket fence pictured to park a car there. Giving me a price and telling me your skills and experience will help me decide who to call when I need a handyman.
5) YARD WORKER - I need help in my yard after I move in, with weeding, general clean up and moving a bush. Then later planting fruit trees and prepping for a vegetable garden. Please tell me your skills and experience. You will not be coming over that day so please give me a ballpark ESTIMATE of how much it would be to move the bush pictured? Giving me a price and telling me your skills and experience will help me decide who to call when I need help in my yard.
There will be a few people for each type of work and people going in and out during the inspection. I will ask for references if I choose you and ask for a copy of your driver's license and any other work documents you might have contractor's license, insurance, etc. If I choose you to do the work.
Please reply with a BALLPARK ESTIMATE and your experience on the painting, flooring, housecleaning, removing 8' fence, transplanting the bush, so I can decide who will come over and give QUOTES in person. Because I generally get so many replies a ballpark estimate will help me to decide who to call back. Please reply with your phone number too.
