Nice clean unit with two issues. The hydraulic swivel needs to be remanufactured that carries hydraulic oil from the top half to the bottom half, and the tracks need to be taken off disassembled cleaned and put back. Ran fine when parked over five years ago. The track pins and bushings are just rusted and stuck, not worn out. If they were worn heavily, they would not have rusted and froze up.
