This machine has a motor that moves the pedals and is excellent for leg circulation and gently raising the heart rate a bit for cardio exercise. I used it briefly to recover from an ankle injury.
It has a remote control, soft touch buttons, digital display, adjustable speed, and 12 preset programs which vary the speed, direction, and time of the movement.
Can set it under your desk while you work, or under the table, or use with any chair
