We are looking for a reliable, organized, and computer-savvy person to provide customer service and administrative support for two small, locally owned automotive businesses.
We are a modern, technology-driven office that relies heavily on digital systems, organized processes, and excellent customer service.
Starting/Training Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 10 AM–4 PM (30 hours/week)
As You Become Fully Trained:
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM with a 1-hour lunch OR 9 AM–6 PM with a 1-hour lunch (40 hours/week)
Pay:
Starting at $16/hour
Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers
* Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
* Schedule appointments for Perfection Auto Detail
* Help customers select the right detailing services for their needs
* Check customers and vehicles in and out
* Communicate with customers throughout the service process
* Process and verify customer payments
* Scan and organize documents and digital information
* Assist with daily office tasks
* Provide administrative support for both businesses
* Take on additional responsibilities and projects as you learn

Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills are required.
****Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus****
Previous automotive, dealership, bookkeeping, or accounting experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right person.
