Looking for the right person or small business to share a spacious, quiet office and creative workspace in Carpinteria.
The full space is approximately 900 sq. ft. with high ceilings and a large roll-up garage-style door, giving it an open, airy, studio-like feel with skylights. It works beautifully as a traditional office, but is especially well suited for someone looking for a combination of quiet office + creative workspace + storage. Front entrance is all windows and has a view of the marsh and ocean.
I currently use approximately 25% of the office and am only there for a few hours, usually 1–2 days per week, so the space is generally very quiet and lightly used.
