We are seeking a skilled and attentive Server to join our dynamic team in a busy restaurant environment. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and quality of food and beverages, and contributing to the overall success of our fine dining establishment.
Duties:
Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and addressing any concerns or questions promptly.
Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beer, and wine, using knowledge of drinks and ingredients to make recommendations.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our menu and be able to answer questions about ingredients, preparation methods, and nutritional information.
Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, handling tips and ensuring a seamless payment process.
Work efficiently to meet high-volume demand during peak hours, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
Collaborate with other service staff to provide a seamless dining experience, and handle complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
Experience:
Proven track record of excellent customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Experience with food service and food handling is essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices.
Strong sales skills and the ability to upsell and promote products and services.
Knowledge of retail math and pricing is desirable.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
