Job Description
We are looking for a marketing assistant to support our marketing and sales teams
Responsibilities and Duties:
Prepare quotes for customers
Social media posting
Coordinate customer visits
Prepare flyers using Google Docs
Answer customer email inquiries
Minor website maintenance
Qualifications and Experience:
Highly organized
Self starter
Detail Oriented
Direct customer service experience desirable
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree
CRM experience
B2B marketing experience desirable
Social, banner, native ad experience
Budget and ROI analysis experience desirable
Data oriented and driven
Experience or knowledge of machine shops, welding or other manufacturing is helpful, not mandatory.
