I'm a carpenter with experience in minor kitchen and bathroom remodels. I began in 2006, with mitigation work in the NJ/NYC areas.
In fact, I have done several full bathroom remodels by myself, with some plumbing swaps, durock, waterproofing and wall/floor tiling included. I've also installed toilets (new and existing), and changed out flanges.
Lux vinyl plank flooring has been a common activity of mine lately, since clients seem to be leaning towards that type of flooring.
My specialties include:
Drywall/tape/compound, LVP flooring, painting, some tiling, minor plumbing swaps, valve swaps, toilet/faucet installation, positive attitude, common sense, etc.
I have transportation, tools and common sense.
