Job: Service current accounts and grow the route
Location: Greater Chicago Area
Compensation: At a minimum $856.78/month, which is $21./hr with approx. 40 hours/month) + $389.43 for vehicle allowance, which will add up to $1246./month. Some months it will be more. As we add more accounts your pay will go up. If you bring in an account you get an additional 10% residual.
Schedule: Current route requires 5-6 days per month, with massive potential to scale up hours and pay as we grow! The schedule is highly flexible (Monday–Friday).

What You’ll Do
Route Service: Maintain established accounts by cleaning, servicing, and replenishing deodorizing dispensers in commercial restrooms, lobbies, and hallways (hotels, hospitals, gyms, etc.).
Customer Care: Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and resolve minor client issues on the spot.
Business Growth: Build relationships and identify new local prospective clients to aggressively scale your route (and your paycheck!).
What We Look For
Extreme Dependability: A self-starter who takes initiative and is willing to start early.
Strong Communicator: Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
Tech & Tools: Ability to use basic hand tools and proficiency with Google Drive/Docs/Sheets.
Physical Ability: Comfortable walking fair distances inside larger client facilities (like major hospitals, factories).
Requirements
Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
Must pass a routine background check.
Ability to start next week and attend onsite training during your first week.
