Would like to apologize for the mess. We normally have places cleaned before posting a listing but I know some people are starting to look for November places to move into. Unit will be cleaned before anyone moves in. Recently updated top floor duplex. Unit has been freshly painted and new flooring throughout the unit plus existing hardwood floors in the unit. All the bedrooms have closets and can fit a queen or king size bed. Main floor has kitchen, breakfast nook, separate living & dining rooms and two bedrooms plus the laundry room. Main floor has its own HVAC system plus central air. Top floor of the unit has a bonus room for whatever you like to use it for plus two bedrooms. This floor has its own heating and cooling system in each room so the rooms stay cool during the summer and warm during the winter.

Unit comes with refrigerator, range, dishwasher, countertop microwave and washer & dryer. There is a nice size backyard that you share with the bottom unit. It's on street parking. This unit is in Carlynton School District. Close to all the major access points such as the city, Robinson, airport and more. Plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and shops close by. About 15-20 minutes from South Hills Village as well and 10 minutes away from Robinson shopping area. We're not slumlords so if you want to rent off someone who cares and fixes their properties in a timely manner we're for you. Unit is available November 1.
