Blinds of Sacramento is a fast-growing and reputable window covering business looking for a reliable, ambitious, organized,
and personable Part-Time Personal Assistant / Showroom Assistant to work closely with the owner and help with both
business and occasional family-related responsibilities.
This is a unique position for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, staying
organized, and taking initiative. The ideal candidate is charismatic and welcoming, has a positive attitude, and can
confidently handle a variety of responsibilities throughout the day.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Business & Showroom
• Staff the showroom during office hours and help keep daily operations organized
• Welcome customers who come into the showroom and provide a warm, inviting experience
• Help potential customers explore window covering options and answer basic questions
• Assist with customer follow-up and scheduling
• Use an easy-to-learn CRM to keep customer information, leads, and tasks organized
• Stay on top of goal-oriented tasks and follow through without constant supervision
• Keep files, paperwork, and customer information organized
• Keep the showroom clean, neat, organized, and presentable
• Assist the owner with various administrative and business-related tasks
• Take initiative and identify things that need to be done rather than waiting to be asked
Personal / Family Assistance
• Occasionally assist with the owner's three independent children when needed
• Occasional school pickup and drop-off
• Help maintain a smooth schedule when business and family responsibilities overlap

• Flexible and willing to help wherever needed
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
You do not need to be an expert in window coverings. We will provide training on our products, systems, and CRM. What
matters most is your personality, work ethic, organization, ambition, and willingness to learn.
PAY: $20 PER HOUR
