Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to one student ( 9 year old) during the school day.
Use ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, prompting, shaping, modeling, and systematic skill building.
Help student develop skills related to communication, social interaction, classroom participation, emotional regulation, independence, and daily living.
Support student during classroom instruction, transitions, recess, lunch, and other school activities.
Collect detailed behavioral and skill-acquisition data throughout the school day.
Document interventions, student responses, progress, and behavioral incidents accurately.
Work closely with teacher, BCBA, and other members of the student's support team.
Participate in supervision and training with a BCBA and adjust interventions based on clinical guidance.
Maintain student confidentiality and comply with school, district, HIPAA/FERPA, and organizational requirements as applicable.
Qualifications:
High-school graduate with diploma
Must be at least 18 years old.
RBT certification preferred, but not required.
Ideally able to start on 8/20/26, or shortly thereafter.
