Part-Time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)$30–$32 per hour | Carmel, CA | 1 Day per Week.
Our privately owned dental practice in Carmel, CA, is looking for an experienced, dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our friendly, collaborative team! This is a permanent, part-time opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care, works well with others, and is looking for a positive dental office environment.
Schedule:
Every Monday
One Friday per month
Consistent, limited part-time schedule
Pay: $30–$32 per hour, based on experience.
What You'll Do
Provide excellent chairside assistance during general and restorative dental procedures.
Take high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photographs.
Perform iTero scans and assist with treatment planning.
Complete accurate digital charting and clinical documentation using Eaglesoft.
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment.
Follow all sterilization, infection control, and PPE protocols.
Help ensure efficient daily clinical operations and a positive patient experience.
Communicate clearly with patients and team members to support high-quality care.
What We're Looking For
Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required.
Previous dental assisting experience preferred.
Strong chairside assisting and clinical skills.
Experience with Eaglesoft and digital charting preferred.
Ability to take digital radiographs and intraoral photos.
iTero scanning experience is a plus.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and professionalism.
Friendly, positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Reliable attendance and commitment to the agreed-upon schedule.
