**Location:** West-central Carmel, near parks, between 116th Street and Towne Road.
**Rent:** $490 per month, including utilities, Wi-Fi, and furniture.
**Security Deposit:** $490 (equal to one month's rent).
**Room Features:**
- Private bedroom with its own bathroom
- Furnished with a mattress and desk

**Tenant Requirements:**
- Single occupancy only (one person)
- No pets allowed
- No used mattresses may be brought into the house
- Must have steady employment or a reliable source of income
- Must have sufficient savings to cover the security deposit and rent
- $490 security deposit due when signing the lease, before move-in
- November rent ($490) due upon move-in
**Lease Terms:**
The lease may begin a few days before November 1, depending on availability. The initial lease term is negotiable, but the expiration date must fall on the last day of a month.
