Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide detailed information about rental options and services
Manage rental transactions using digital tools and data entry systems with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain excellent customer service
Conduct routine maintenance checks on golf carts to ensure safety standards are met and report any issues promptly
Organize daily schedules for deliveries and pickups, demonstrating strong organizational skills and time management
Assist with retail sales efforts by promoting additional services or accessories to enhance customer experience
Support administrative tasks such as inventory control, record keeping, and data entry to streamline operations
Experience
Previous experience in outside sales or retail sales environments is highly desirable
Strong communication skills, including public speaking are essential for engaging customers confidently
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries, maintain records, and coordinate schedules efficiently
