This set of speakers is well made, solid, and sound great. Studio Design was a private label sold through dealer networks to give a dealer a high-margin, non-advertised/reviewed speaker line to compliment their big-name brands. It was a house brand of Tech Hifi, a chain of stores based in the Northeast around Chicago, sold in the 1970s and often contracted to be made by those same big name brands. Studio Design had a 4 speaker lineup - Model 16, 26, 36 and 46. I found in a forum that the 46’s had a 10 inch woofer, so these are probably the next size down - model 36.

These speakers are a 2 way system that has 8” woofers and 1” tweeters. The dimensions are 22 1/2”h x 12 1/2”w x 8 1/2”d. It looks like one of the woofers have been replaced (see photo). They are in great condition and sound really good. Asking $35 cash.
