CHESS - DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO PLAY CHESS WELL? TOURNAMENTS?

Does anyone have any REAL chess skills, know how to read chess books, belonged to a chess club, played in chess tournaments, and maybe was even, ACTUALLY a United States Chess Federation member? USCF? I'm trying to find a person that does have some skills and would consider regularly playing once per week, maybe even some 5-minute SPEED chess? I do have a chess clock.
