I have a Mr. Cool Mini Split Air Conditioning system with a complete installation kit for sale. This is the system with the Pre-charged easy connect lines, it is a 12,000 BTU , 18 Seer, no professional installation needed (DIY). Bought it for the basement but the ceilings are too short, paid almost $2,000.00 from Home Depot, was never installed asking $1,500.00 OBO

Also included is the installation kit to include the following;
Exterior wall mounting bracket,
30 Amp Disconnect
250 ft of 12/2 Romex
20 Amp Breaker
