The Leasing Consultant is responsible for renting apartment units to prospective tenants utilizing their exceptional sales and marketing skills, customer service expertise, and thorough knowledge of the property. As the Leasing Consultant serves as the first line of contact for potential and current residents, it is essential to have strong communication skills, problem solving abilities, and a sociable demeanor. Also, computer training with our company software, bank deposits and lease renewals. This position will be Friday & Saturday from 9-5 pm weekly. Email resume and/or stop in the Leasing Office -
