NESHAPEACHY CLEANING LLC is seeking an experienced, fully equipped cleaning crew for a post-construction and move-in cleaning assignment.
JOB DETAILS
* Location: Canton, Georgia
* Date: Saturday, October 31, 2026
* Start Time: 8:00 AM SHARP
* Cleaning Area: Approximately 1,700 sq. ft.
* Ceiling Height: 11 feet
* Crew Needed: Preferably 4 experienced cleaners
* Compensation: $400–$450 flat rate for the entire crew
SCOPE OF WORK
Phase 1: Post-Construction Cleaning
* HEPA dust removal from ceilings, walls, and floors.
* Detailed cleaning of trim, baseboards, fixtures, and surfaces.
* Thorough removal of fine construction dust.
Phase 2: Move-In Cleaning
* All appliances, inside and outside.
* All cabinets and drawers, inside and outside.
* Kitchen and bathroom deep cleaning.
* Doors, countertops, fixtures, floors, and final detailing.
REQUIREMENTS
* Professional post-construction cleaning experience required.
* Must provide professional HEPA equipment.
* Must have extension equipment capable of reaching 11-foot ceilings.
* Must have reliable transportation to Canton, GA.
* Must provide all cleaning supplies and equipment.
* Must be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented.
* Must work efficiently without sacrificing quality.
