We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Controller who's ready to take ownership of financial operations and help keep multiple companies running smoothly!

Key Responsibilities:
Manage billing and accounts receivable
Oversee monthly financial closings
Prepare and analyze weekly financial reports
Handle sales and use tax reporting
Cross-train in accounts payable and payroll
Identify opportunities for process improvement
Assist with fuel tax, insurance, and other financial responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records across multiple companies
What We're Looking For:
Strong accounting and financial management experience
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and companies
Confidence working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with financial reporting and accounting systems
