Easy going 49yo Canadian from Victoria BC, seeking place. Preferably a room in a house. Chores are not a problem and expected. Non smoker not a party guy. Just a burger and a nice beer on weekends. I keep to myself and don't make it a habit of getting involved in other people's business. I recieve ODSP monthly for shoulder issues. That's it. Sharing utilities is fine too.

Not into weird scenarios. Just relatively normal people, with a relatively respectful space.

I'm also an experienced renovator, and have restored many heritage buildings.
