The Bellari Stereo Tube Direct Box is one of those handy little boxes that can do amazing things. It has two channels of balanced inputs and outputs with both XLR and 1/4 inch. I used this on bass guitar or vocals for a little real tube warmth. Or you can use it as a re-amp box from a previously recorded track much like running into a stomp box. It comes with a power supply also made by Bellari.
Personally I like little desk top things like this that are simple and easy to use. It comes with its own power supply, ready to plug in and use. Shipping will be via UPS.
