Has 25’ awning, electric jack’ two new share tires and drive on ramp. Tires on the ground have about 2500 miles on them. I had this trailer over built for strength. The cabinets, shelves and work bench can all be removed without damage. This trailer was primarily used for a workshop while I was building my house. The Husky tool cabinet can be added back in for an additional 500.00 ,it fits at the end of the work bench.( over a 1000.00 at Homedepot ) clean clear title in hand.
