If you’ve been looking for a solid, well-loved motorhome that’s actually built to last, this one is special. Stored under a covered spot down in Arizona, so there is zero water damage, and it has been carefully taken care of every step of the way.
At 30 feet, it’s absolute perfection for road trips—small enough to easily fit into all National Park campgrounds where bigger rigs get turned away, but surprisingly huge on the inside. Monaco built these back in the day as true high-end motorhomes, and you can really feel the quality: solid wood cabinetry, real tile in the kitchen, comfortable leather seats, and even a custom, unique mural on the back created by local Oregon artists Jerry Dame Sr. and his son Dennis Dame. Driving it is a dream—the massive Class A front windshield gives you incredible panoramic views while traveling.
Why the Layout Works So Well
Most 30ft RVs sacrifice a ton of living room to fit a dedicated bedroom. This one uses a smart "magic bed" design—a full queen-size bed that rests flat against the ceiling during the day and smoothly lowers down when you’re ready for sleep. Because the bed stays tucked away, you get an open, comfortable living area, a spacious kitchen, and a much bigger bathroom than you'd ever expect in a rig this size.
Climate & Off-Grid Ready
It’s fully dialled in for off-grid boondocking, extended travel, or full-time living. It runs and drives great, and we've upgraded the power system heavily so you can stay out longer:
1,000W Solar Setup: (10 × 100W panels) paired with a 200Ah Lithium battery.
Mini-Split A/C: Keeps the rig ice cold on hot summer days.
Floor Heating: Perfect for cozy, chilly mornings.
Remote Work Ready: Can include our Starlink dish and router so you're connected anywhere.

A Couple Known Things (Priced Accordingly):
Dash A/C isn't working.
The dash display doesn't show the active gear selection, though the transmission itself shifts and runs completely smoothly with no issues.
(Note on photos: The bed isn't visible in the main interior shots because it's lifted up against the ceiling, which is why the living space looks so open!)
Hate to see it go, but it’s ready for its next adventure. Reach out if you have any questions or want to come take a look in person!
