I am selling my Salem camper. It is 30 feet long and weighs 7700 pounds. I pull it with my 1/2 ton pickup. Sleeps up to 10 people. Queen bed up front that you can walk around. The T.V in the entertainment center swivels so you can watch it in both the living area or the bedroom. Large dinette converts to sleeping area.Couch folds down into sleeping area. Bunkhouse in the rear with single bunk on top and double bunk on the bottom. Bunkroom also features a T.V and desk. Very spacious kitchen and living area. Roomy bathroom with sink, tub and shower. ALL appliances and plumbing work properly. The air conditioner and refrigerator are ice cold.
Furnace works good. Stereo plays both inside and outside. Clean and dry camper,
No leaks, very solid floor. I am including a weight distribution hitch and sway control.
The camper will be plugged in and full of water with everything turned on when you get here so you can see everything working.
Clean title in hand! $5800. CASH
