Third arm for three-point hitch been sitting out in the weather probably with some rust remover you can get the threads to work. Used to screw out and in and the part where the bolts go through is still flexible. Looks like a cat one size. we’re cleaning out a barn, hauling stuff to salvage so don’t think you’re gonna get it free
