About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Entry-Level Cook to join our kitchen team. No prior commercial kitchen experience? No problem—we will train the right candidate! If you have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for food, we’ll teach you the skills you need to succeed on the line.
Key Responsibilities
Follow Recipes & Standards: Accurately measure ingredients and follow recipes to ensure food quality and consistency.
Prep & Cooking: Prepare station ingredients, execute food orders, and maintain clean work surfaces.
Stay Proactive: Maintain food safety standards, restock stations, and keep clean and organized during slow periods.
Teamwork: Work alongside team members to maintain kitchen workflow and safety.
Requirements & Qualifications
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Work Ethic: Strong reliability, attention to detail, and a self-starter mindset.
Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to work. (Rideshare option from Coon Rapids, MN may be available for the right candidate).
Age: Must meet local minimum age requirements for commercial kitchen operations.
