Call Center Representative Seeking Remote Opportunity
Motivated and professional Call Center Representative seeking a remote position based in the Virginia area. I bring entry-level call center experience with strong phone etiquette and a customer-focused approach. Comfortable handling high call volumes while providing clear, friendly, and effective support.
I have Experience in Microsoft Windows Database and I Type 49 WPM. Willing to work Overnight Shift 2 and shift 3as well as work weekends. I have my own desktop system as well.
Skills & Experience Include:
Excellent phone-based customer service
Troubleshooting basic customer issues
Billing assistance and account support
Sales support and upselling when appropriate
Active listening, problem-solving, and de-escalation
Comfortable using call center systems and scripts
