Location is rural, quiet, and secure. NO SMOKING OR VAPING. Best for single individual but would be open to a second person ($50/month addl. to cover increased utility costs). Quiet indoor pets negotiable (addl pet deposit and rent surcharge). Dogs must be leashed and cleaned up after in designated potty area. We free range chickens and have livestock on the property. One designated vehicle parking space per person inside gated area.
