KNOWN ISSUES — complete list, no surprises:
Front roof A/C won't turn on. Control board already replaced; likely blower motor. Rear A/C works great and cools the entire coach by itself.
Entry door window broken by a previous owner, filled with a wood panel. Sealed, door operates normally, not glass. Visible in photos.
Shower door glass broken on one side. Shower still usable.
Fridge cold on propane and shore power; can struggle on 12V on very hot days. Common with these older absorption fridges.
Rear camera sometimes slow to connect (other three instant). Probably wants a longer-range antenna.
Several scuffs and a couple of cracks in the exterior fiberglass. Cosmetic — no soft spots or leaks.
Everything else works: furnace, water heater, fridge, generator, jacks, slide-out, stereo. Engine runs strong and it drives straight — with the Koni FSD shocks it rides much better than most coaches this age.
Excellent hunting camp. Strong furnace, generator means no hookups. Park it at your spot and you've got heat, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a warm bed all season.
Used it all over Colorado for years and it never left us stranded. We're getting out of RVs entirely — traveling farther afield these days.
