Owner/Operator expanding:
Pay: 25-30% of gross dependant on experience n skill shown during 90 day probation. 1099 position.
So what's that look like paywise? 350, or like today I ran 475 miles at about 3.00 a mile. With some experience if you were on, on target for a $1800 week. 50 weeks a year, it's 90k. If you're worth it that's the pay and pretty easy on no touch freight. Some lanes not NYC are over 4.00 a mile like up to MA.
Profit Sharing by accounting weekly. Start 10% each 6 months increase 1% up to 20% on top of percentage pay.

How you perform dictates equipment upgrades, it's built into accounting. We do not "sell" you a never own truck, when worn or periodically upgrade it. Do you really want to own a truck with 500-800k miles on it? Worn out goes to salvage.
