I will have a room available in my home soon. The house is owner occupied. It's an established neighborhood. The rent is $150/week and so is the deposit. The room is completely empty but it can be furnished as money comes in. Right now I only have a twin air mattress. I will end up providing a queen bed. This will be for one person. It's located about 5 minutes from Kroger's on Watson. I have no pets and no pets are allowed. This room is for a nonsmoker only. I will not rent to anyone under 30.
