This is a very VERY tiny cottage on a pond (Perfect for one non-smoking person ) next to our slightly larger cottage on an amazing piece of property in the woods down a very, very long stone driveway so having a four-wheel-drive vehicle several days in the winter can be VERY helpful. If you like peace and quiet, this is the place for you. You are completely surrounded by nature and wildlife. If you’re a photographer or enjoy facing west and watching sunsets every night well this is the place for you. Requirements are no pets and no smoking and having to provide first, last and security deposits. Electric is extra. Internet and cable is included. Now for the bad news,, please carefully review the pictures and notice there is no laundry facility on site ,, There is not an oven or a cooktop so bring your countertop appliances and your outdoor grill. Did I say we’re looking for somebody quiet? Did I say this place is tiny? I hope I did.. My wife and I are looking for somebody to live in the woods and feed the ducks. Not shoot the ducks. you can shoot them with a camera. Please take your time and look at all the pictures and they should pretty much say it all AND look at all our requirements. The sleeping loft requires some climbing and fits a queen size mattress. It has a new air-conditioning system and 2 generator backup plugs
