Looking for a peaceful, private country lifestyle? I am seeking quiet, neat tenants for my 2019 Kropf park model. The unit was custom built to withstand Maine winters and the previous tenants lived here comfortably for almost nine years. There is one main bedroom and bath and extra space in the double loft. Heating system is forced hot air with propane and the 300 gallon propane tank is currently full. The park model also has central air conditioning for your cooling needs. Great location....only 20 minutes to rte 1 Saco or 25 mins to Portland. There is some furniture in the unit - a trundle daybed with new mattress and bedding, an entertainment center, a kitchen table with chairs, but these could be removed. Tenant pays own utilities and is responsible for mowing and snow removal but there is a lawnmower and a snowblower in the shed for tenant’s use. First, last, and security required. Pets are negotiable with an additional security deposit. No smoking in the unit but smoking on the deck is ok. References required.
