I am currently looking to hire full time or part-time care attendants for in-home care at my private residence. I’m a man in my 30s who suffers from a disease that causes progressive muscle weakness. This has left me unable to move save for my hands a little. Hence the need for caregivers. This job is non-agency; I hire my own caregivers. This job would be great for someone who wants to work with just one person in a more relaxed setting. As opposed to a facility where there are multiple patients at a time and it’s more hectic. My ideal candidate is empathetic, patient and wants to help others.
Candidates get choice of shifts during the hiring process. I'm currently looking to fill the following shifts 7:15am-6:15pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. 8am-6pm on Saturday. I can offer each caregiver up to 40 hours per week. May be open to split shifts depending on availability.
