Mature Businessperson in search of a Hybrid or Remote position. I come with many years of experience in business. I have been self-employed during that time. My interactions are personable, clear, and business minded. I work well with contractor negotiations, and such vendor relationships. Likewise, I work as the same with all interior and exterior clients.
I give respect where it is due, and not due. I keep business etiquette in mind at all times. I enjoy being a leader and likewise give my co-workers the same respect.
I had been a licensed realtor in CA. which gave me much experience in; Purchase and Sales of R.E., negotiated with banks and mortgage companies to liquidate their properties. I enjoyed; rehabs, short sales, I knew working eminent foreclosures, and worked the most recent mortgage crisis of 2008. In that capacity I assisted homeowners who were in peril of losing their home because of upside down mortgages. Being I had experience working with mortgage servicers (banks etc) I was familiar with their liquidating timelines and policies.
