Anticipated availability: September 1st. The exterior of the cabin is scheduled to be painted in late October or early November so the move-in date can be flexible. The term of the tenancy is a six month commitment that converts to a month-to-month lease at the end of six months
The monthly rent is $900.00 per month for one person and a one-time $900 security deposit.
There are animals (dogs, cats, goats) on the property. I would like to find a tenant who would be willing to help with occasional animal care, compensated at a $25 per day discount on rent.
