The property is approximately **1 hour from the Killeen/Temple area**, so please make sure you are willing to travel to Burnet before responding.
I need an **experienced painter/handyman or small crew** for a vacant 800 sq. ft. house in **Burnet, Texas**.
**FIXED LABOR PRICE: $4,300**
The owner supplies and pays for all approved materials.
The project involves interior and exterior painting, preparation, minor carpentry, installation work and final cleanup. The house is vacant and ready to begin immediately.
