We're hiring Window Installation Helpers to join our crew. This is a hands-on entry point into a high-demand trade, with real training from experienced installers and a clear path to Installer and Crew Lead as your skills grow.
What you'll do:
- Assist installers with window and door installation
- Prep window openings
- Organize and stage windows on the job site
What we offer:
- $20–$25/hr to start, based on reliability, attitude, and skill growth
- Helpers who show reliability and skill move up to Installer, where pay increases significantly
- Steady work, Monday–Saturday
- Bi-weekly pay
- Full on-the-job training from experienced installers
- A positive team environment on a small, tight-knit crew
- Genuine advancement to Installer and Crew Lead
Requirements:
- Able to communicate in English for job site safety and coordination
- Fall Protection ticket — or willing to obtain one before your start date
- Able to lift more than 80 lbs
- Own PPE: steel-toe boots, hi-vis vest, hard hat
- Reliable and punctual — this matters more to us than experience
- Physically capable and willing to learn
Transportation:
Having your own vehicle is an asset. If you don't drive, you must be able to meet the crew at Royal oak or Patterson sky train station in Burnaby by 6:00 - 6:30am each working morning.
