My max budget is $150 CAD cash.
What I am looking for:
PS4 Pro console in good working order (must have a working disc drive).
1 or 2 working controllers + power/HDMI cables.
Crucial Requirement: The console must be on an older system update—specifically Firmware Version 13.00 or lower.
How to check your version:
Go to Settings > System > System Information. It will show your "System Software" version number there.
