All employees start and finish each day at the work yard in Still Creek with secure off street parking for car, bike, scooter, etc. Bus stop is nearby for public transit. All staff travel from site to site in a company vehicle with your team members. All tools, equipment and PPE are provided. On site you will perform all aspects of lawn and garden maintenance including weeding, raking, tilling, trimming, assisted lifting, mowing, fertilizing, planting, litter pick up, moving a wheel burrow, blowing, sweeping and more, with shovelling snow and ice melt application in the winter as needed.
We are looking for a motivated individual looking to work full days, 3 to 5 days a week.
Applicants should have a valid BC drivers licence and be legally eligible to work in BC (Canada), be able to perform all tasks listed above, in all weather conditions.
Successful applicants but have rain gear (jacket and pants), steel capped work boots (high tops) and steel capped rubber boots (if work boots are not water proof) to start. All other gear will be provided.
Successful applicants will be eligible for Extended Health and Dental, including disability and life insurance following 3 months continuous employment.
